This project will develop and deploy a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) Dashboard to improve maintenance process reliability and performance visibility at the San Marcos facility. The system will centralize equipment documentation, standardize PM frequencies based on asset criticality, and integrate KPI tracking including PM compliance, overdue rates, and technician reporting. Automated alerts and weekly performance summaries will be implemented to reduce missed maintenance and increase accountability. The solution will be designed to be user-friendly, administrator-editable, and sustainable to support long-term continuous improvement
