This project focuses on developing an interactive 3D model of HID Global’s fulfillment operations, including the Readers, Credentials, and Shipping areas. The model will recreate both normal workflows and customer delivery quality (DQ) events to improve process visibility and analysis. The model will allow stakeholders to visualize material flow, equipment interaction, and human movement within the fulfillment system. This tool will support root cause analysis, improve operational decision-making, and help reduce future delivery quality issues. The final deliverable will be a validated model that enhances HID Global’s fulfillment process understanding and performance.
