ASEE
The American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE) Student Chapter at Texas State University was formed to promote engineering practices, educational resources, and community partnerships. Our focus is to help inspire secondary and post-secondary students to pursue a higher level of education.

IEEE
The purpose of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is to promote the engineering processes of creating, developing, integrating, sharing and applying knowledge about electronics, electrical engineering, and related sciences for the benefit of the general public and the profession as well as to further the vision of the society.

IISE
The Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) is the world's largest professional society dedicated to the support of Industrial Engineering (IE) and related professions. The IISE student chapter at Texas State carries out this mission through organized, collaborative effort in the study, research, and discussion of the field of Industrial Engineers and through the dissemination of the knowledge thereby gained.

MAES
The Latinos in Science and Engineering (MAES) is the foremost Latino organization for the development of STEM leaders in the academic, executive, and technical communities. The MAES-Latinos in Science & Engineering at Texas State Chapter's mission is to professionally develop their members to become the new generation of leaders in the STEM fields. This will be done by exposing their members to new ideas, connect with professionals in the area, and travel to regional and national conferences.

NSBE
The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) envisions a world in which engineering is a mainstream word in homes and communities of color, and all Black students can envision themselves as engineers. In this world, Blacks exceed parity in entering engineering fields, earning degrees, and succeeding professionally.

Bobcat Racing is the Texas State's Chapter of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and is open for membership for all students. TXST SAE was organized to promote professional growth and social activity among its members. All interested university faculty and students are welcome to join.

SAMPE
The Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE®) is a global professional member society that provides enhanced educational opportunities, by delivering information on new and advanced materials and processing technology. The Texas State Chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers is open for membership by all Engineering and Technology students. SME was organized to promote professional growth and society activity among its members. All interested university faculty and students are welcome to join.

SWE
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a national, not-for-profit educational and service organization that stimulates women to achieve full potential in their careers as engineers and leaders and expand the image of the engineering profession. Chapter members have the opportunity to participate in activities that enhance leadership abilities, reach out to girls interested in engineering careers, and permit interchange of ideas among its members. SWE is open for membership to students from Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science and related fields that are active SWE members.

The Texas American Water Work Association (TAWWA) Student Chapter at Texas State University purpose is to provide STEM students with valuable resources and tools to elevate the understanding of the Texas Water Sector.
