Due to rapid population growth in San Marcos, TX, the demand for affordable housing has significantly increased. This project proposes a cost-effective and sustainable housing development designed to accommodate 100 families of four. The selected alternative includes 18 residential townhome buildings with foundations designed in compliance with local codes and regulations. This development focuses on efficient land use, structural stability, and long-term sustainability in hopes to spearhead stronger and more accessible developments for Hays County residents.
