M1.03 - Automotive Training & Development Project
Assist engineering with tracking lessons learned.
Sponsor: Continental
Student Team: Ashtin L. Gallegos, Alyssa J. Campbell, Matt Lamkin, Isaiah A. Montoya
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Mohammad Shahin
The purpose of the Automotive Training and Development Project is to help the Continental plant in New Braunfels provide improved training documents to their employees. The primary focus for these documents will be on the preventative maintenance of the machines in Continental’s third generation radar production line. To complete this task the senior design team will review current documents, observe weekly and monthly preventative maintenance procedures, and produce improved documents that current, and future, employees will be able to utilize with ease.
