Our project leverages artificial intelligence to improve consultant matchmaking and optimize smart factory operations. The matchmaking system quickly pairs clients with the right engineering expertise, reducing time and increasing accuracy. On the factory side, the AI analyzes historical data to predict delivery dates, identify delays, and recommend optimal production sequences. Together, these solutions streamline decision-making, and enable scalable, data-driven growth for consulting and manufacturing.
